Dear Microsoft – Please get your S*&$ together

Each of my clients receive a weekly report on how well their campaigns did the prior week. Many of these reports go out on Monday. My clients are in a routine. They like to receive their reports on Monday – much like many feel about their daily coffee.

Yesterday I wasn’t able to provide those reports. Why? Because Microsoft wasn’t providing any data! We didn’t know if it was just our account, or globally. We now find it’s golbally. And there was no warning! Why was this? Why did I have to go to my clients and say that they wouldn’t receive their Monday morning fix, and I didn’t know why. Don’t get me wrong, I’m good at spinning this stuff – but Microsoft has some real problems. This is just the tip of the iceberg. It doesn’t even account for the rude and dissmissive sales force, the bulk upload mistakes and the buggy interface.

Microsoft, if you are listening, I’m close to done. I’m about to recommend that all the money my clients spend with you be spent elsewhere. Clean up your act please.
